Mr. O. P. Kathpalia, Hon. Consul General of the Republic of Malta and Director, Hon. Consular Corps Diplomatique-India passed away in New Delhi on Saturday 8th Nov. 2008 after a brief illness.

He was one of the most respected names in diplomatic circles. He is survived by his wife Suman Kathpalia, Rashmi Kathpalia (Daughter), Roopak & Annu Kathpalia (Son & Daughter-in-law) and G. R. Kathpalia (Brother).

Prayer meeting will be held today at Shri Radha Krishna Mandir, C-605, Defence Colony on Tuesday 11th Nov. 2008 between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
